Real-Time Apuni Sarkar Application Tracking (2026)

Under the Uttarakhand Right to Service Act, 2011, caste certificate applications must be processed within 15 working days. You can monitor the real-time processing stage of your file on eservices.uk.gov.in without logging in, using your Application ID.

How to Check Uttarakhand Caste Certificate Status Online

Follow these quick steps to view the live status of your application:

  1. Visit the official Apuni Sarkar website: eservices.uk.gov.in.
  2. On the homepage, locate the "Track Application (आवेदन की स्थिति)" search box.
  3. Enter your unique Application ID (as printed on your ₹40 payment receipt).
  4. Click "Search / Track" to view the real-time processing stage, assigned revenue official, and expected completion date.

Understanding the 4 Administrative Processing Stages

Your digital file moves through four revenue desks before the digital certificate is issued:

1Stage 1: Application Forwarded to Halka Patwari / Lekhpal

The digital dossier is routed to your native village Revenue Police Patwari (in hill areas) or civil Lekhpal (in plains). The officer examines the uploaded Parivar Register copy and pre-1985 residency proofs.

2Stage 2: Spot Inquiry & Family Tree Verification (स्थलीय सत्यापन)

The Patwari/Lekhpal verifies local domicile records. In rural areas, they may cross-reference the Gram Panchayat register or record statements from village elders to confirm that the applicant has not migrated from outside Uttarakhand post-1985.

3Stage 3: Revenue Inspector (Kanoongo) Endorsement

The Revenue Inspector reviews the Patwari's field report and verifies statutory compliance under the state reservation rules. If satisfied, the Kanoongo forwards the recommendation to the Tehsil sanctioning desk.

4Stage 4: Tehsildar Sanction & Cryptographic DSC Signature

The Tehsildar approves the application and applies their official Digital Signature Certificate (DSC). The portal updates status to "Approved / Delivered" and generates the final PDF with a 2D QR barcode.

How to Resolve Objections (Query Raised Status)

If your status shows "Objection Raised / Pending for Citizen Clarification", the Patwari or Tehsildar requires supplementary documentation:

Common Objection 1: 1985 Domicile Evidence Missing or Unclear

If your family moved into Uttarakhand after 1985 or failed to attach legacy records, log into Apuni Sarkar, open your application, and upload an old Devbhoomi Khatauni copy, old land deed, or 1985 voter list extract.

Common Objection 2: Illegible Parivar Register Copy

If the scanned copy of your family register nakal is blurry or lacks the official stamp of the Panchayat Secretary, procure a fresh certified copy, scan it under 200 KB, and re-upload through the citizen dashboard.

Delays Beyond 15 Days: First Appeal under RTS Act 2011

Under the Uttarakhand Right to Service Act, 2011, if your application remains undecided after 15 working days without statutory justification, you have the legal right to file a First Appeal (प्रथम अपील) directly before the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) of your sub-division. The appellate officer can summon the concerned Patwari and Tehsildar to expedite delivery or explain the delay.
