Track your Bihar Jati Praman Patra in real-time using your BCCCO/BCCRO Application Reference Number without login. Monitor Revenue Officer (RO) verification and download your approved digital certificate instantly.

How to Track Bihar Caste Certificate Application Status (Without Login)

After submitting your caste certificate form on the Bihar RTPS portal (serviceonline.bihar.gov.in), you do NOT need to visit the Block office or login to your account to check the status. The portal provides a direct public tracking tool where you can see the real-time stage of your application.

Step-by-Step Status Tracking Instructions:

1

Visit the RTPS Tracking Page

Go to serviceonline.bihar.gov.in and on the right side under “नागरिक अनुभाग” (Citizen Section), click on “आवेदन की स्थिति देखें” (Track Application Status).
2

Select “Through Application Reference Number”

Select the radio button for Through Application Reference Number. Enter your complete Application Reference Number (e.g., BCCCO/2026/XXXXX or BCCRO/2026/XXXXX). Important: Make sure you enter your BCCCO/BCCRO caste certificate reference number, not BRCCO (which is for residential certificates) or BICCO (for income).
3

Choose Verification Date (Submission vs Delivery Date)

Select “Application Submission Date” and pick the exact date you filed the form from the calendar, as printed on your acknowledgement slip.
4

Enter Captcha & View Live Stage

Enter the verification Captcha code and click Submit. You will be asked whether you want to view/download delivered documents (select Yes, enter OTP sent to your registered mobile).

Understanding the Stages on Bihar RTPS Tracker:

Under Process / Forwarded to Revenue Officer: Your application has been successfully submitted and is queued for verification by the local Revenue Karamchari and Revenue Officer (RO).
Rejected / Objection Raised: The Revenue Karamchari found a discrepancy in your paternal land records or caste claim. Check the rejection order uploaded on the tracking screen.
Delivered / Approved: Your certificate has been approved and digitally signed by the Revenue Officer. You can download the PDF immediately or retrieve it via DigiLocker.
