A Caste Certificate is a very essential document which proof that the person is belonging to a particular caste such as schedule caste , tribe or other backward community. Concerned Department

There are only two ways to get the caste certificate in uttarakhand and that is through online or just visiting to the concerned department to obtain the same. You can get the application form through online mode where you need to download the form from the official website and fill it with the required details along with the essential documents/enclosures list.
And also one can apply for this certificate through the concerned Sub Divisional Magistrate, district Tehsildar or Revenue department/office. Here you can get the application form which is absolutely free and there is no extra charge or fees will be charge from any applicant. After getting the form you need to fill it very carefully by just filling the correct details regarding you and your family. After filling the form you are required to attach all the attested copies of important documents/enclosures.
Then a generally enquiry will be conducted from the concerned officer which will take a few minutes to verify the details filled in the form by an applicant.
