(a) Residing in state on or before 10 th August, 1950 for SC / ST caste certificate. अनुसूचित जाति / अनुसूचित जनजाति के जाति प्रमाण पत्र के लिए 10 अगस्त, 1950 को या उससे पहले राज्य में रहने वाले।

(b) Should have residence on or before 21 st November, 1961 for Vimukta Jatis and Nomadic Tribes. 21 नवंबर, 1961 से या पहले विमुक्त जातियों और खानाबदोश जनजातियों के लिए निवास करना चाहिए।

(c) For OBC (Other Backward Class) have residence on or before 13 th October, 1967. अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग (अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग) के लिए या 13 अक्टूबर, पहले 1967 निवास है।

(d) For Bhandari caste / community have ordinary residence on or before 13 th October, 1967. भंडारी जाति / समुदाय के लिए या 13 अक्टूबर, पहले 1967 साधारण निवास है।

(e) For Vaishwani community / caste have ordinary residence in date on or before 13 th October, 1967. वैश्वनी समुदाय / जाति के लिए पर या 13 अक्टूबर, पहले 1967 की तारीख में साधारण निवास है।

(f) For S.B.C caste / community should have ordinary residence on or before 13 th October, 1967. S.B.C जाति / समुदाय के लिए या 13 अक्टूबर, पहले 1967 साधारण निवास करना चाहिए था।

(d) Affidavit for Caste Certificate in Form 2 फार्म 2 में जाति प्रमाण पत्र के लिए शपथ पत्र

(e) Caste certificate of any family member (blood relative) किसी भी परिवार के सदस्य (रक्त सापेक्ष) की जाति प्रमाण पत्र

(f) If married women, then caste proof before marriage यदि औरत से शादी की, फिर शादी से पहले सबूत जाति

(g) If applicant migrated from other state / district then caste certificate of applicant’s father issued by competent authority.
