Issue Of Schedule Caste Certificate in Haryana

A Caste Certificate is the important proof which states that a person is  belonging to a particular caste or community especially in case one belongs to any of the ‘Scheduled Castes’, which as listed in the Indian Constitution.

As you all know that caste certificate is very useful in terms to avail the services and benefits which are provided by the Government of India. This certificate avails reservation in government service, waving off a whole part of school and college fees, also to take admission in educational institute.

The application forms for caste certificate are easily available either online or from the concerned local department/office in the particular district/ City/Town/Village, which is generally the concerned office of the e-Disha Centre Tehsil or Sub-Tehsil Level.

If in case nobody of applicant’s family members have earlier been issued a Caste Certificate, then a local enquiry will be conducted before issuing the Certificate to an applicant. Residence Proof will also prove that applicant is a permanent resident of the state and residing here for a minimum specified period of time. And also an affidavit stating that the person is belong to SC,ST OBC.

To get caste Certificate an Applicant is required to applythe application form in the prescribed format in the concerned Tehsil / District Level e- Disha Centre between 9 AM to 1 PM on all working days working days.

Essential Document Required

For obtaining a Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe certificates, you are required to submit an application in prescribed format which has to be attested by the competent authority/gazatted officer along with :

 

  •   Dully filled Application Form
  • Copy of Ration Card /Voter Card / Name in the Voter List (one of them)
  • Report of regarding caste Patwari / MC / Sarpanch
  •  In case of Women caste certificate before marriage
  •  Self-Attested Certificate

To issue the caste certificate will take minimum 7 working days and the total fees will be charge Rs.15/- per certificate. And this fees amount will be submitted/deposited at E-disha centre against the cash receipt

About OBC Certificate

A Backward Class Certificate is also very important proof that applicant is belonging to a particular caste, especially in case one belongs to any of the ‘ Backward Classes Certificate ‘, as listed in the Indian Constitution.

Essential Document Required

  •  Dully filled application Form
  • Copy of Ration Card/ Voter Card / Name in the Voter List (one of them)
  •  Report regarding caste Patwari / MC / Sarpanch
  •  Income report
  •  Land receipt
  •  Caste certificate of the parents
  •  In case of Women caste certificate before marriage
  •  Self-Attested Certificate

Also in the case of OBC certificate it also  take minimum 7 working days and the total fees will be charge Rs.15/- per certificate. And this fees amount will be submitted/deposited at E-disha centre against the cash receipt

    Sir I want to get sc certificate in central government format but in tehsil they refused to do so. I need central government sc certificate format for bank job. What to do please guide.
