D=> Applicant you need to visit to office of competent authority and take appropriate application form of SC / ST, OBC caste certificate. The application for caste certificate you need to fill form – A.

D=> After getting application form, you need to fill application form with details as name, father name, address, age and other.
D=> Now submit application form along with all required and relevant documents to concerned officer.
D=> After receiving application the corned officer will register it in form R- 1.
D=> After this forward application to Patwari Mohal for enquiry and report. The Patwari shall report regarding his caste / tribe from revenue records like Shajra Nasb, Mutation register, jambandi etc. If applicant has any estate in the state then relevancy copy of it should be presented and if not then he make an inquiry relating to reliable and respectable residence of state or not.
D=> After making all certain enquiry, he sends his report to competed revenue officer within a week for future actions.
D=> Now the competent officer will check Patwari report and correctness of report and if all seems correct then issue caste certificate to applicant.

The Sub Divisional Magistrate or Tehsildar Mohal are the competent authority to issue SC / ST, Backward Class caste certificate. The complete process of verification for issue of caste certificate will take 15 to 20 days. The
