(a) Applicant must be residence of Uttarakhand. आवेदक उत्तराखंड के निवासी होना चाहिए।
(b) Applicant should be permanent residence in Uttarakhand state from not less than 15 years. आवेदक साल कम से कम 15 से उत्तराखंड राज्य में स्थायी निवासी होना चाहिए।
(c) Applicant should not have caste certificate in any other state. आवेदक किसी भी अन्य राज्य में जाति प्रमाण पत्र नहीं चाहिए।
(d) Applicant must have proof of caste / religion issued by Tehsil / Patwari / Panchayat or other concerned authority officer. आवेदक तहसील / पटवारी / पंचायत या अन्य संबंधित प्राधिकरण अधिकारी द्वारा जारी जाति / धर्म का सबूत होना चाहिए।

(a) Application Form Caste Certificate आवेदन पत्र जाति प्रमाण पत्र
(b) Attach copy of address Proof (telephone bill / water bill / electricity bill / gas connection receipt / bank passbook) निवास प्रमाण की प्रति संलग्न (टेलीफोन बिल / पानी के बिल / बिजली का बिल / गैस कनेक्शन की रसीद / बैंक पासबुक)
(c) Attach copy of age proof (school leaving certificate / birth certificate / passport) आयु प्रमाण की प्रति संलग्न (स्कूल सर्टिफिकेट / जन्म प्रमाण पत्र / पासपोर्ट)
(d) Attach copy of khatuni land form which is available through nearest tehsil office. खतौनी भूमि के रूप में जो निकटतम तहसील कार्यालय के माध्यम से उपलब्ध है की प्रति संलग्न करें।
(e) Attach copy of caste certificate of any blood relative of applicant such as father, brother, sister and other किसी सगे संबंधी के जाति प्रमाण पत्र की प्रति संलग्न करें (पिता, भाई, बहन और अन्य)
(f) One passport size photograph एक पासपोर्ट आकार का फोटो
Procedures for Applying for SC / ST / OBC Caste Certificate (अनुसूचित जाति / अनुसूचित जनजाति / अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग के जाति प्रमाण पत्र को लागू करने के लिए प्रक्रिया)
For applying for caste certificate user need to file an application in prescribe form. Caste certificate is issue to eligible people. Only residence of Uttarakhand state can apply for caste certificate. The steps to apply for caste certificate are as follows:
User you need to visit to the concerned authority office and get appropriate application form office of concerned revenue department officer.
Next you need to fill all details in application form correctly. All details needs to be correct and true in all respect.
After this submit application form along with all documents. They will receive an acknowledge slip after submit of form which is used by candidate at the time of collection of certificate.
Fee Charges शुल्क
Applicant will have to submit Rs. 20 as fee charges for issuance of caste certificate in Uttarakhand. The caste certificate is valid for life time.
Concerned Authority संबंधित प्राधिकारी
Applicant needs to visit to nearest District Magistrate office or Tehsil Office along with application form and required documents. The application form is to be filled with all correct details. The concerned authority will visit to your residence for verification.
Caste certificate will be delivered or issued to applicant within seven days from submit of application. The concerned authority will issue caste certificate after certain verification.
